Castanele si calitatile lor


Castanele se pot consuma coapte, fierte sau sub forma de piure. Datorita compozitiei ridicate de vitamine si minerale, castanele au proprietati antianemice si de stimulare a poftei de mancare.

Sunt recomandate persoanelor suferinde de astenie fizica, convalescentilor si batranilor.

Din frunze se poate face infuzie care calmeaza tusea, iar  scoarta de castan reduce temperatura.
