RECOMANDARI – Carnea de vita


Fiecare bucata de vita are modul ei de pregatire care o pune in valoare :

– Nuca si rasolul cu os poti fi prajite la tigaie.

– Fleica cu os, sfertul anterior si spata merg fierte in apa

carne vita– Muschiul file poate fi servit crud pentru tartar

– Anttricotul este bun insabusit in suc propriu

– Vrabioara fara os merg pretatite pe gratar
