Reteta saptamanii : Bors de pastrav


Ingrediente : – pastrav de aprox. 700 g, ; 1 morcov ; 1 telina ; 2 cepe ; 2 ardei grasi ; 50 g. orez; 500 ml. bors, 1 1/2 l apa ; 1 legatura leustean; piper ; sare.

Mod de preparare : 1  – Alegi orezul, il speli si il lasi sa se inmoaie in apa. Cureti pestele de solzi, branhii si intestine, il speli bine si il portionezi.

2. – Cureti legumele, le speli si le tai cubulete. Le pui la fiert in apa fierbinte. Dupa 5 minute, adaugi orezul, iar dupa alte 5 minute bucatile de pastrav. Intr-un alt vas fierbi borsul, indepartand suma care se formeaza.

3. – Torni borsul in ciorba, iar dupa cateva clocote presari leusteanul tocat marunt, sare si piper dupa gust. Stingi focul si acoperi oala cu un capac, pentru cca. 10 minute.
